"Think Smart" Programme

"THINK SMART" is a programme of workshops and talks now being delivered to Irish educational facilities and community organisations, as well as national and international business organisations. The core mission is to teach online safety and mindset skills for life.

Mission:

• To educate today's youth with cyber-safe and mindset resilience skills for life, that they can use to excel and protect themselves and their future in today’s online world.

Why:

• Research now shows that there is a clear link between the rise of mental health challenges and the serious issues arising from the misuse of social media and smart technology. 
• From talking to friends, teachers and parents I became aware of the huge problems and risks to our youth within this area and the real struggle to prevent them.

How: 

• In January 2023, I piloted and established "THINK SMART" a new cyber mindset program with secondary and primary school students, and parents/guardians. 
• "THINK SMART" is a program of workshops and talks to help educate and empower students, parents and teachers when it comes to the use of social media and smart devices. 
• By merging cyber security expertise with high-performance mindset skills, this program provides participants with life-long tools to ensure more positive online attitudes and behaviours.
